Tropicasia Development Company Ltd. is the longest established “foreign” property developer on Phuket Island. Prior to arriving in Phuket, we specialised in and delivered several individual large “bespoke” home builds in the United Kingdom and also several ‘hotel to luxury apartment’ conversions.

Our Lakewood Hills Development

Upon commencing operations here in Phuket in 1997, we again undertook and successfully completed several more large home builds before commencing our first, “gated community” of 17 homes at Lakeshore Villas in 1999. A second ‘gated community”, Lakewood Hills quickly followed and next was the luxurious development of 40 apartments at Layan Gardens which are currently being completed.

Additionally we have been responsible for the design and build of several “up market” restaurants and bars and the superb office/showroom complex, “The Plaza Del Mar” situated at the entrance to Laguna Phuket.
